Don't worry — there aren't many, but they're important. Please read before you book.
These are our full terms and conditions for booking a Female Stripper, Topless Waitress, Lingerie Waitress or Topless Poker Dealer through BucksBunnies.
With any human business there is always the possibility that the girl agreed upon to be your Topless Waitress or Stripper is indisposed on the night due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or injury.
We guarantee that if this happens, either your Topless Waitress, Female Stripper or BucksBunnies will call you and give you the option of either choosing another of our girls or getting your booking fee back — and you will never be sent anyone who isn't on the site unless you agree to it. If we can't reach you in time, we'll replace the indisposed girl at our discretion so that you're not left without a performer. If you're not happy with our selection once your replacement arrives, you may turn her away without paying — however, if you decide to continue with the booking, please don't expect a refund. All our girls are chosen for personality as well as the obvious, so we're confident you'll be happy with any of the performers and waitresses advertised on this site.
In the extremely unlikely event of your Topless Waitress or Female Stripper not attending your function due to an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance immediately preceding your event — such as illness, breakdown or accident — that results in BucksBunnies being unable to provide a replacement at short notice that you're happy with, you will be entitled to a full refund of your booking fee (you must turn any replacement away to be able to claim a refund). If you've booked more than one girl, your refund will only be the portion of your booking fee that relates to the girl or girls that did not show up.
All our girls are totally independent of BucksBunnies, and as such BucksBunnies cannot be held responsible if your Topless Waitress or Female Stripper simply does not show. However, in this unlikely event BucksBunnies will do everything within reason to get someone else to your event. If we're unsuccessful, you will be entitled to a full refund of your booking fee. Beyond the refund of your booking fee, BucksBunnies will have no further liability to you.
Once you've paid your booking fee, your booking is considered confirmed. If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason after paying your booking fee, you will forfeit your booking fee. However, if we need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee.
If, when a performer arrives, you believe she doesn't look enough like her photos, you simply don't like something about her, or she's late — turn her away and we'll refund your booking fee for that girl. However, if you decide to proceed with the booking and/or performance, please don't expect a refund.
Important: once your booking fee is paid, any changes to your booking will result in forfeiture of the booking fee paid for the portion of the booking altered. For example: you book a Topless Waitress for 3 hours with a Full Strip and wish to downgrade it to a Topless Waitress for 3 hours with no strip — you lose your booking fee. You book 2 topless waitresses and closer to the date only want 1 — you lose your booking fee. You book for 3pm and want to change the time to 7pm — you lose your booking fee.
You lose your booking fee because from the moment you pay it, we book the girls agreed upon and they turn away other work — they miss out if you cancel them or alter the time or location such that they need to be replaced. There are circumstances where your selected performer can make a time or location change, and in this case you may not lose your booking fee, but this is at BucksBunnies' absolute discretion. Please don't make a booking until you're certain of your date, time, location and the service you need.
If you provide incorrect address or contact phone number details and/or don't check your confirmation email thoroughly for errors, we can't be held responsible if, as a result, your performer cannot find you or your function on the night — and as a consequence you will lose your booking fee.
The girls will tell you when you can and can't take pictures. Please be respectful. If she says no to photos or video at any particular point in the evening, you must respect her wishes or she will leave and you will not receive a refund. If you do the right thing, most performers will let you take pictures with them — but please remember, it's up to them if and when.
Most of our girls live in and around the major CBDs. If your function is located outside the CBD, there may be an extra charge for travel. This will be dealt with at the time of booking and will depend on the distance and the girl that is booked. We'll let you know exactly how much travel will be before you pay your booking fee.
Female Strippers and Topless Waitresses are heavily booked out on Fridays and Saturdays, so please note that the time you book will always be approximate. For strip shows, please have the performer fee ready for collection prior to the commencement of the performance.
It's well known that Female Strippers use fake tan, oil, candles and often whipped cream in their shows! If you don't want it on your clothes — stay away from the strippers! If you don't want it on your carpet or furniture, be sure to have them perform somewhere that this isn't a danger. Please use common sense and choose a suitable location — you are responsible.
BucksBunnies operates the BucksBunnies website ("the Website") to enable independent adult female entertainers ("Entertainers") to advertise their individual services ("Services") to users ("You") of the Website.
BucksBunnies is a booking platform for adult female entertainment, predominantly for bucks parties: you tell BucksBunnies the details of your event, then either choose one of the Entertainers from the images on the Website, or simply ask BucksBunnies to select one for you.
The Website is free to use for both you and the Entertainers.
There's no charge for you to browse the Entertainers' images or enquire about a specific Entertainer's availability.
It's free for any Entertainer to request her pictures be uploaded to the Website, although BucksBunnies reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse to upload any Entertainer's images for any reason. BucksBunnies also reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to remove any existing Entertainer's images at any time for any reason.
Entertainers may also request to have their images removed from the Website at any time, at no cost.
BucksBunnies receives a Booking Fee from you at the time you make a booking. This Booking Fee is the only fee BucksBunnies receives, and is solely for matching you to an Entertainer and providing the Entertainer with your details and any other details you provide that are necessary for them to carry out the requested Service at your Event.
The Booking Fee does not constitute any part of the Entertainer's Fee, which is a separate amount transacted between you and the Entertainer on the Date of Service.
BucksBunnies is not liable for the refund of any monies — including the Entertainer's Fee — paid directly to the Entertainer by you on the Date of Service, under any circumstances.
BucksBunnies accepts no liability for any aspect of the interaction between you and the Entertainer, including but not limited to the description, performance or delivery of Services.
BucksBunnies makes no warranty as to the truth or accuracy of any information provided by any Entertainer, including but not limited to their level of ability to perform their Service, or the honesty or accuracy of any information they provide, such as the accuracy or recency of images supplied.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee or other similar relationship is created or implied by BucksBunnies agreeing to post an Entertainer's images on the Website, or by sending your details and event details to the Entertainer. Entertainers are completely independent of BucksBunnies, and are entirely responsible for things such as their own routines, schedules, prices, costumes, show content, timekeeping, punctuality and drink-making skills. You have no authority to bind BucksBunnies, its related entities or affiliates in any way whatsoever. BucksBunnies confirms that all Services promoted on the Website are provided solely by such Entertainers. To the extent permitted by law, BucksBunnies specifically disclaims all liability for any loss or damage incurred by you in any manner due to the performance or non-performance of these Entertainers and their Services.
If you're dissatisfied with any aspect of the Entertainer's service immediately on her arrival — including but not limited to her punctuality, appearance, personality or attitude — you must ask the Entertainer to leave immediately, without any Service taking place and without making any payment to her. If you do pay the Entertainer Fee or any other monies directly to the Entertainer, the Entertainment Contract will be deemed to have commenced, and it becomes your responsibility to seek a refund directly from the Entertainer, either on the Date of Service or at some later date, if you believe one is warranted. BucksBunnies will not be liable for any refund of the Entertainer Fee or other monies paid directly to the Entertainer under any circumstances.
If you're dissatisfied with any aspect of the Entertainer's Service after it has commenced — including but not limited to routines, performances, schedules, prices, costumes, show content, timekeeping, punctuality, drink-making skills, attitude or personality — you must negotiate a refund of the Entertainer Fee, in whole or in part, directly with the Entertainer, either on the Date of Service or at some later date. BucksBunnies will not be liable for any refund of the Entertainer Fee or other monies paid directly to the Entertainer under any circumstances.
BucksBunnies has no obligation to assist or involve itself in any dispute between you and your Entertainer, although it may choose to do so to improve your experience.
"Agreement" means the most up-to-date version of the agreement between BucksBunnies and you.
"Booking Fee" or "Deposit" means the fee paid by you to BucksBunnies solely for the purpose of matching you to an Entertainer, and for providing the Entertainer with your details and any other details necessary for them to carry out your entertainment.
"Date of Service" means the date you specify to receive the Service.
"Entertainer" means an independent adult female entertainer who provides Services directly to you.
"Entertainment Contract" means the separate contract formed between you and your Entertainer upon commencement of the Services and/or payment of the Entertainer Fee, on the Date of Service and at the Location of Service.
"Entertainer Fee" means the fee payable by you to the Entertainer on the Date of Service for their rendered Services.
"BucksBunnies" (also "we", "us", "our") means the legal entity Stanton Fox Productions Pty Ltd.
"Location of Service" means the location you specify to receive the Service.
"Services" means the services rendered as described in Stripper Services and/or Topless Waitressing Services.
"Stripper Services" means the Entertainer will remove most or all of her clothes in a provocative and generally sexual manner while allowing you to watch.
"Topless Waitressing Services" means the Entertainer will remove at least her upper body clothing and serve your drinks. This includes lingerie, bikini and nude waitressing and poker dealing.
"The Website" means the BucksBunnies website at www.bucksbunnies.com.au.
"Time of Service" means the time you specify to receive the Service.
"User" or "You" means the person who actively uses the Website to search for and/or book Entertainers.
"Your Details" means details including, but not limited to, your name, mobile phone number and the address at which your Event will take place.
"Your Event" means an occasion you've organised to take place at the Date, Time and Location of Service you specify.
In this User Agreement, except where the context otherwise requires:
(a) the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and a gender includes other genders;
(b) another grammatical form of a defined word or expression has a corresponding meaning;
(c) a reference to a document or instrument includes it as novated, altered, supplemented or replaced from time to time;
(d) the applicable currency is Australian Dollars;
(e) a reference to a person includes a natural person, partnership, body corporate, association, governmental or local authority or agency, or other entity;
(f) a reference to a statute, ordinance, code or other law includes regulations and other instruments under it, and consolidations, amendments, re-enactments or replacements of any of them;
(g) the meaning of general words is not limited by specific examples introduced by "including", "for example" or similar expressions;
(h) headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect interpretation;
(i) any agreement, representation, warranty or indemnity in favour of two or more parties (including where two or more people are included in the same defined term) is for their joint and several benefit; and
(j) a rule of construction does not apply to a party's disadvantage merely because that party was responsible for preparing this agreement or any part of it.
